Making small changes, holding yourself accountable and group support is the key to success. It takes about 28 days to change a habit consciously and about 66 days for the habit to be part of your essence.
Here we provide information, insight, inspiration, guidance and exercises. Each person will determine a long term and short term goal and hold him/her accountable to at least one small change per week towards that goal. The support group is very positive. We have had experts on hand in the past from nutritionists, fitness, psychologists, energy healer, organizational specialists and business/wealth strategists.
This group forum is online, privacy and password protected and will run for a duration of 6 weeks. It may first be thought provoking, but in the end, you should be headed in the right direction.
